Our Kadai Clay Pot is thrown and wood-fired by artisan potters on the riverbanks of Kerala, then seasoned so it's ready for daily cooking. The deep, curved belly distributes heat evenly and slowly, drawing out the depth of curries, dals and rice dishes the way a metal pot never can. Unglazed clay is naturally non-toxic and free from PFOA and PTFE coatings, so what you taste is only your food.

Care: Season with rice water before first use. Hand wash only; avoid sudden temperature changes and harsh detergents. Safe for gas and induction-adjacent slow cooking (check base compatibility).
